This adds some new game modes and some minor bug fixes (these fixes do not affect any speedrun times currently on the board, and are simply QoL improvements.
New modes added:
muten_pizza boss rush mode
100% mode (requires all diamonds to progress)
69% mode (nice) (rules for this mode are explained in game)
